Recipe
1 cup cooked steel cut oats
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flax
1 tablespoon chia
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Cinnamon
Mix and spread thin on a tray.
Bake at 170C for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once.
Cool fully to crisp.
